Skills req:· 1. Manage and support the various IT activities.
2. Network, operating systems management and support.
3. Database management and support.
4. Back-up and disaster recovery measures.
5. Contributing to technical strategy, policy and procedure.
6. Development and operation of technical testing programmes.
7. Production of technical documentation to agreed quality standards.
8. User training and support.
9. Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data centre environments.
10. Troubleshooting for any reported problems.
11. Responsible for security of systems and data.
12. Applying OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.
13. Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
14. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
15. Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting of license servers.
16. Network maintenance and troubleshooting.
17. Installing, Configuring and Administration of windows 2000/xp/2003server.
