We are hiring for Engineering Manager profile for Shamshabad locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Planning day-to-day production to achieve maximum production.
  2. Complete the production plan of the line and Posting finished goods to EFG.
  3. We are reducing downtime to achieve productivity.
  4. Training of new employees in production
  5. We are solving the process & quality problems through analysis.
  6. We are conducting daily meetings (GYAT) and Yield Improvement meetings.
  7. Responsible for continual improvement in both process & production concerning Lean &Kaizen methodology. Encourage employees to involve in kaizen activities.
  8. On-time delivery of the excellent quality product to end customer as per Production plan.
  9. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on using all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  10. Maintains a working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
  11. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.
  12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
  13. Rejection analysis, updating of rejections in the system, accounting of sacrifices.
  14. Prepare a report on Production, Yield, Scrap, and Downtime Records for Daily KPI review.
  15. Sustain of 5S in shop floor & Ensure Safe work environment in shop floor
  16. Debug inventory control & Scrap control.
  17. On-job training to technicians and maintaining records.
  18. Error-free documentation of each fabrication activity and sharing the same with customers.
  19. Monitor and track WIP status to ensure to meet the target.
  20. We are initiating corrective & preventive action (CAPA) at vendor & plant end on non-conformances to reduce rejection at vendor and plant end.
  21. We are solving the process & quality problems through making the team & analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Min 5 to 8 Years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing sector.
  2. Good team handling experience.
