Education Qualifications:
R &D: First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electric/ Automobile/ Production from a recognized Institution / University. Preferably, you will have an M.Tech degree.
Planning: First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Automobile/ Production from an accredited University/Institute.
Marketing (R &M): First-Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics from a recognized Institution / University. A postgraduate qualification in management will be preferred.
Maintenance (Electrical). First Class Electrical Engineering Degree from a Recognized University/Institute.
HR: First-Class Graduate with a two-year full-time MBA (HR/IR), MSW, or MA(Social Work With HR/IR), / Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma In Personnel Management and Industrial Relations for two years. Full-time course in IR/HR with Labour Legislation at a recognized University/Institute. A degree in Law is highly desirable.
Finance: Qualified CA/ ICWA.
Company Secretary Qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India Preferably, a graduate degree in Law or MBA.
Corporate Communication: Master of mass communication (or First Class Graduate) with a two-year full-time diploma in journalism. It is also possible to obtain an MBA in HR/ LLB.
